Manual Meter Reading
Manual meter reads are completed for a variety of categories including commercial, urban, rural town, rural and remote rural locations. All reads are GPS'ed with our systems flagging automated checks if the current read is outside of system parameters. This system works for Power, Gas and Water readings.
Automated Meter Reading
With some Water meters not easily accessible due to a number of reasons (for example, remote location, dangerous access, limited access) there will be times where reads will need to be completed through an automated process. While we currently have AMR readers, we do perform manual checks for clients where the readers have stopped transmitting and offer recommendations based on the current state of the meter.
Final Reads and Special Reads
With changes in tenancy and home ownership, we are skilled at completing final reads on the day required. We understand how important timeliness is and aim to complete reads by 3pm on the day required over all areas, giving you instant access to results. Special reads may encompass queries on reads already completed, new ICP's and reads that may have been missed.

We know everyone is human and therefore can make errors – we are also firm believers that with the right analysis and structure we can help readers improve not only their processes but their accuracy and attainment. How do we know? We have audited for years and have had positive and proven results for our clients.
Audit of Reads
We provide a service where we can audit reads … any number from 1 upwards. Our auditing process can identify whether a reader lacks training or understanding and can also detect fraudulent reading. Our comprehensive reports provide you with the information you will need to make a decision going forward. You will also receive corrected reads with photos to support the read or any changes needed within your system.
Systems Audit
We believe that every system has room for improvement. We offer a service where we undertake to fully understand your processes and what your end goals are. After careful analysis of your systems, data and people, we can make recommendations on where changes can be made to help you attain your goals or streamline processes.
